VISUALIZE Question:
Please
describe how you would achieve our critical objective if you had this
position? Be prepared
to state any information you would need to have and HOW
you would organize and implement the task

ANCHOR
- From an employer point of view it should be very important to get a
past comparable accomplishment to determine a candidate's ability to achieve a
critical SMART objective.
SMART
- Specific, Measurable,
Action-oriented,
Result-defined,
and Time-based.
Example: Within 6 months
improve factory production by 3%.
VISUALIZE
- All candidates should anticipate and understand the performance
requirements of the position. Good planning and preparation before the interview
is critical. Examine your greatest SMART accomplishments and be able to describe HOW
you achieved each one.
Key
Factor: Past
performance is a strong predictor of future performance. Your ability to
successfully ANCHOR and VISUALIZE
during an interview is a strong predictor of success.
