Our career coaching services and fees for executives and professionals are based on your specific needs and the amount of time spent in consultation.

Most of the coaching is done via telephone and email. The regular, consistent and ongoing contact through email will help clients get the support they need and will help encourage them to discuss issues and problems they are having throughout the job search process.

HCS Career Coaching Fees:

HCS career coaching fees are based on $300 per hour and monthly packages are based on retained basis. Your results depend on commitment, perspective, expectations and individual circumstances. Job search campaigns take time and dedication. Individuals should be ready to invest a minimum of six months of time and energy to this job search process.

We provide a 30-minute complimentary session over the phone to determine the level of services and amount of time you require. Individual one-on-one coaching is conducted by phone and email, on Skype via webcam and in-person, where geographically possible. Payments are normally made by check, however, we do accept all major credit cards, which are processed through a secure online payment service through PayPal.
