Our Fees

We believe
that executive search and recruitment fees should bear relation
to the time and effort expended. We base our fees on an estimation of
the time it will take to locate the best candidate.

We add value
by structuring our full-service fees on a percentage of the
successfully hired employee's annual compensation and direct
contribution to the bottom line.

We offer
full-service search and we also offer a time-based billing and
unbundling of services. This allows our clients to retain us for a
discrete part of the search, such as; performance profiles, interview
workshops, screening interviews, reference checking and executive
coaching.
